A: Rewards members earn 1 point for every dollar spent at the dealership for service work (up to $2,999 per customer pay repair order; excludes body shop repairs, warranty repairs and vehicle service contracts). This includes all vehicles within the household.


A: Customers with the same last name, at the same physical address.


A: Here is one example of how the Loyalty Rewards program works:

  • Household Driver 1, performs $200 service.
  • Result: Household earns 200 points.
  • Household Driver 2, performs $150 service.
  • Result: Household earns 150 points, which brings entire balance to 350 and qualifies for $20 reward certificate.
  • $20 reward certificate is mailed (can be redeemed for service on any household vehicle), and household now has balance of 50 rewards points.

A: Reward certificates are mailed automatically once you reach the required points threshold. You will receive an email notification that a certificate has been mailed to you.


A: No, there is no card required and no application process. Every time you come in for your scheduled Toyota Care maintenance or you pay out-of-pocket for a service repair at your participating Toyota dealership, you will automatically begin earning points.


A: Points expire after 24 months of no activity.


A: Bring your certificate into the dealership on your next service visit, and the amount of the reward will be credited towards your service repair.


A: Rewards certificates expire six months after issuance.


A: Yes, points will be given for every dollar spent up to $2,999 per customer pay RO (excludes body shop repairs, warranty repairs and vehicle service contracts).


A: Yes, only the Loyalty Rewards certificates may be combined with each other.


A: No, all makes/models are eligible for the program.


A: No, points/certificates are only valid at the issuing dealer.


A: The certificate can only be used one time, if there is a remaining balance on the certificate then it will be forfeited.


A: Yes, points will be given to the customer for every dollar that would have been spent if Toyota Care was not complimentary.


A: No, the certificate cannot be combined with any other offer or coupon; may only be combined with other Loyalty Rewards certificates.


A: No, the certificates are nontransferable valid only for the issuing household and issuing Toyota dealer.


A: You must bring in the original certificate for redemption.


A: Yes, your participating dealer has the ability to look up how many points you have accrued.


A: No, the certificate can only be used towards a repair/maintenance in the Service Department except on the purchase of tires.


A: No, points will not be received for the purchase of a Vehicle Service Contract, nor can you redeem your loyalty certificates towards the purchase of a Vehicle Service Contract.
