Dear Mr. Rice,
We have recently had problems with our '93 Toyota Station Wagon (Bought from your dealership when new.) Two accidents (Not our fault) happened within 6 weeks!!! Both Were covered under comprehensive and repaired at your repair shop off Highway 29. I want to let you know how professionally and successfully everything was handled by personnel at the office and at the repair shop. One would think that a car this old would probably be salvaged or not repaired... but it is such a fine little car that we would not have any notion of letting it "Live" without repairs or replacing for a newer one.
Your technicians at the shop have repaired that car twice now and it looks sooooo good!!! The transactions were handled by Brandon Hill, and he did everything possible to make everything easy for us. Everyone we met at the collision center was beyond helpful, and Brandon's professionalism made for an experience we'll never forget!
As I drove away, I noticed a foam cup holder, a magnet and a pen left in the car... another act of courtesy from Rice Toyota employees. Keep up this stellar treatment of your customers, and your success will be guaranteed.

Q: How long will my repair take?
A: Express Repairs are typically completed in 1-2 business days these include things like damage to one part of the vehicle such as a Hood, Fenders, Trunk, Mirrors, Doors, and Bumpers. Other repairs vary depending on the amount of damage to the vehicle. Your Rice Collision Advisor will give you a estimated timeline for the repairs to be completed and keep you updated as often as you like about the repair progress. You have a choice to be updated via text, email of a phone call, whatever is most convenient for you.
Q: What kind of warranty does Rice Collision provide on repair work?
A: One of the things that sets Rice Collision apart from other body shops is our Lifetime Warranty. Warranties:Rice Collision Toyota Certified Body Shop provides a lifetime warranty on collision related repairs. The warranty covers the following repairs performed by Rice Collision.
Body Shop:
- Lifetime Warranty on craftsmanship of body and metal repair.
- Lifetime Warranty against defects and product failures of the vehicle finish.
- Certain limitations apply.
- Lifetime Warranty on craftsmanship for mechanical repairs.
Warranty on OEM Parts per manufacturer's written warranty. Sheet metal warranties vary from one manufacturer to the other. We are not able to guarantee or warranty LKQ or Aftermarket parts. The distributors will be the only warranty to come, with these parts. In addition to not supplying a warranty, we can not guarantee fit or finish.
Q: What will I drive while my car is being repaired?

Q: Why would I want to use Toyota Genuine Parts - aren't all collision parts pretty much the same?
A: Toyota Genuine Parts are designed to meet defined quality, safety and appearance specifications that may not be replicated on imitation parts. Protect yourself and the value of your vehicle by insisting on Toyota Genuine Parts.
Q: What are OEM parts and Aftermarket parts?
A: OEM stands for Original Equipement Manufacturer. When referring to automotive parts, OEM designates a replacement part made by the manufacturer of the original part. The term aftermarket is often used for non-OEM spare parts. In purchasing parts at national, discount auto parts retailers (e.g., NAPA, Auto Zone, Advance Auto Parts, Pep Boys, etc.), many parts will have OEM prominently displayed but followed by a qualifier such as "meets OEM standards". Such auto parts are not OEM; they are simply claiming to have been manufactured to the same specifications as the OEM parts-specifications.
